CJ has an extraordinary track
record in sales and marketing management, effectively combining
real-world experience with the most up-to-date management theory.
CJ founded an eBusiness in Singapore, and, with almost no marketing
budget, achieved more-than a half-a-million dollars in sales revenue
within 6 months of its launch, without spending a single penny on
advertising. Prior to joining Meridian IQ Asia as Marketing
Manager, CJ was approved by the Singapore government to provide sales
and marketing consulting, and his clients have included L'Oreal, eBay
University China, China Telecom, Playboy, Tangs, Pan Pacific Hotel,
Malaysia Airlines, Swensen's, Goldheart Jewelry, Ping'An Insurance, Axa
Life, American Express, Johnson & Johnson (Shanghai), Panduit Networks,
Seagate, Informatics, Morningside Group, eGuide, Shanghai CIIC,
Sinotrans, USA Today, and many others. CJ is a frequent speaker at
conferences organized by Key Media, Singapore Exhibition Services, and
the Singapore Institute of Management, as well as an Associate Lecturer
for Fudan and Jiao Tong Universities' mini-MBA programs. He is a
bilingual trainer in English and Mandarin, and has conducted Mandarin
training programs for audiences in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
CJ has written several articles for the journals of the Singapore
Institute of Management, the Marketing Institute of Singapore, and for
the Straits Times. He has also published a book entitled The
Complete eBusiness Guide for Non-Technical People, which is available at
bookstores and libraries in Singapore and Malaysia. CJ has an
Honours Degree in Management, awarded by the University of London and
has completed his post-graduate studies at De Montfort University.
